Madhuresha has over 19 years of rich experience in procurement, operations, deliveries and marketing. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree ( Mysore University). Prior to founding Grihasoft in 2003, he held various positions under different management cultures and has driven the success of both large organizations and start ups. His career spans across various domains including the one as the first employee of a US multinational in India. In his role Madhuresha was in charge of setting up the procurement operations for the company. He then moved to the ITES segment in late 90's and held various positions. At Grihasoft, apart from providing overall leadership to other functions, he also manages sales and marketing.

Nagaraj H C
Co-Founder and Executive VP
Nagaraj co-founded Grihasoft and has been instrumental in its growth since inception. A graduate of Commerce by qualification, Nagaraj has been associated with Human resources and administration from past 20 years. He brings with him rich experience of having held positions in HR and Administrative functions in Manufacturing and ITES segments. Nagaraj has been focusing on tuning company's HR policies, strategies and administration to meet the demands and challenges of Grihasoft's fast growth.

Vijayanand Krishnan
Senior Vice President - Business Development
Vijay has over 19 years of rich experience in Organizational Leadership roles in the IT industry, working in various Companies like Aspect Development, i2 Technologies, Symphony Services, Wipro Technologies and Nokia Siemens Networks. He spearheaded several Management Development initiatives, like the ‘Campus to Corporate Program’ at Wipro which got a special mention as an innovative initiative towards increasing the ROI, since it made a tremendous business impact. Having traveled widely across the globe, he brings in to Griha Software Technologies, a rich experience and expertise in overall Business Development efforts.

Krishna A N
CTO
Krishna is a founder member of Grihasoft. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in 2003 and his primary focus is to provide overall technology leadership and to spearhead the promotion of company's services with its prospects and partners. He brings on over 11 years of hands-on experience in technical and managerial disciplines of IT / ITES industry. Prior to being appointed as CTO, Krishna held a number of roles in data digitization and content management companies and has been a close witness of evolution in product content management technology and services over the past decade. His areas of expertise include content technology, content standards, content publishing, catalog management softwares, EAM/CMMS applications, product analysis and development and user interface design. He has a background of ISO 9000 implementation and is an active member of various technical and standardization bodies like UNSPSC, ECCMA and SAP SDN. He holds a bachelor degree in Electronics from Bangalore University

Narasimha Rao
VP-Operations
Narasimha is a founder member of Grihasoft. He is responsible for the Operations management and deliveries. Narasimha brings to this role a rich experience of over 13 years across a broad range of roles in IT / ITES industry. Narasimha spent the early part of his career as analyst in CAD/Mapping and GIS software in India and Middle-east. He was subsequently appointed as Operations manager in an ITES firm looking after a team of more than 150 engineers. He is from the Electrical Engineering background. In addition to overseeing Grihasoft delivery functions, Narasimha also has responsibility of account management and client relationship management.

Sudarshan
Sr. Manager - Projects
Sudarshan has got over 10 years of experience in different facets of operations management, both in manufacturing & ITES segment. He holds an Industrial & Production engineering degree along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business management. He is a qualified ISO Lead auditor from CII. Prior to joining Grihasoft in 2007 he had served various multinational manufacturing companies in Production, Planning & Control, and Quality management. In Grihasoft his key role is to manage overall performance of the project teams in terms of quality and delivery.

Prachir Dhandhania
Sr. Manager - Client Services
Prachir has over 5 years of experience in the IT industry with broad IT project experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Process Management, Pre Sales, Software Product Management and Software Services. A Management graduate, Prachir has been associated with organizations such as 3i InfoTech and Ariba Technologies. He has a strong SDLC background and excellent flair for creating the high level view from details. At Grihasoft, Prachir is responsible for helping clients and Grihasoft operations teams for smooth transitioning of a new process or a project. He also looks after software development center in India.
